Chigwell Parish Council took responsibility for all aspects of the Victory Hall on Friday 19th April 2019.
Victory Hall is a popular local amenity which hosts a number of regular users covering a wide variety of activities. It is the intention of the Parish Council to continue to offer to the residents of Chigwell a venue that is available to hire for a range of functions both during the week and at weekends.

Fees for casual hall hire are as follows –
