The Limes Farm Community Group have been forming this scheme since March 2022 with starting at only 23 children on the estate, We now have 80+ children registered and have made huge impacts on their lives within various areas, including ASB, reducing the risks of vulnerability within the children to become subject to crime such as County Lines, increasing a community within the children, offering support and mentorship and so much more. Providing what was originally 2 hours a week to 5 hours a week, every week for 48 weeks of the year, with support from EFDC, Grange Farm, Essex Police and the Colebrook Royals. We have been able to form a new partnership with NCC College with their Sports Students, utilising their work experience with us as coaches, with the opportunity to gain their FA Level One Awards.
